I had a great experience with a recent purchase. The item was as described, the order was filled quickly, and it was packed well. Unfortunately, there was some kind of mix-up at the shipping company's facility which delayed the actual delivery. I haven't opened yet because it's for my kids birthday. But it was packed very well, shipping was fast and seller was great at communicating. Item was as described and was packaged very well to guarantee a safe arrival. I am leaving neutral feedback because I didn't like the way the seller negotiated the best offer price. Item was listed for $18.69, I offered $16, seller countered for $17, but I missed that offer and it expired. I countered for $16.50, seller countered for $18.50. I offered $18 (more than their original counter) and the seller refused. That's not how negotiation works.
