Great communication from seller. Seller was fast on refund. Only reason refund was given was because UPS did a poor job. They delived my item to the wrong house. With ups phone of delivery and the photo of my front porch being completely different the seller refunded me for the item. Awesome job and service from this seller.

When I received the item it was in a Manila envelope that was open, no shipping label so how I got it I don’t know! Only my name on label, no address. I asked seller several times and have never gotten an answer! They did offer refund which I agreed to and then got a message saying that I received item so no refund! My concern was who delivered item in an envelop that was open!I sent them pics of envelop, still no response! I won’t be buying from them again!

Pillow was not shipped in a shipping bag, only the open-ended thin film covering, therefore when I received the pillow it was covered in hair (not mine) and grass (see photos). As it was so unsanitary I am not able to use it, also a false tracking number was provided after the item was delivered? I attempted to contact seller and provided photos and an explanation and received a poorly translated generic “customer service” message, and no resolution. Bad eBay experience on multiple levels.
