Very quick delivery, great price, well packaged. Different brand of cleaner was sent to me and the colour of the bottle was a total different colour to what I ordered, but after speaking to the seller they tell me they are using a different brand in stock now, but it's the same kind of product that will give the same results. Maybe just change the picture to the product you are now selling so people won't think the wrong product has been sent

Unfortunately the product was damaged in transit & was last current item the seller had in stock. But received quick communication to inform me & I’ve had a full refund within a day or so. I can’t comment on the product, but the price was good & the product looked good on the platform. Item seems as described. Could have been packaged better but the delivery was not great - so many mixed messages from Yodel as usual after it was delivered the website still stated that the item had not been received to their warehouse 6 days prior - please use another provider next time

Yodel delivered this item today. Item was well packaged, however when I took off the packaging & opened all the sectyions of this 30L cooler bag there was no shoulder strap with it at all despite the photo on e-bay showing one with the bag. That sadly was the only negative against this e-bay seller & there was no contact number to ring to ask about the shoulder strap. Otherwise all good.

I am happy with the seller, as I ordered many things from them they all were good in condition and quality, even I ordered second and third time. I am happy with the delivery service too. Which was fast. I mean it was on time. but, this time the item has Poor quality, less pieces ( light roll), and expensive according its quality. Conditions is new, not broken or used, but it is not as it was described on app. So, I can give only 3 stars this time. I hope my feedback will be helpful for others.

The items appear to be fine, what I ordered and in good condition. Unfortunately, the packaging was ripped wide open so I have no idea if there was anything other than the 3 items in the package, such as a receipt etc. The delivery driver didn't mention the damage, he just handed it over in a way that made it less obvious. I presume someone ripped it open for a look, but decided they didn't want it. Very poor delivery service.

As described well packaged The delivery was by Yodel. And it was very bad. The courier simply marked for two days that he did not find me, although I was at home and waiting. Only after talking to the manager on the third day did they finally deliver the package to me. This is not the seller's fault, so I did not remove a star, but it was a very unpleasant moment.

Arrived today - poorly packed - the packing was badly damaged on delivery, however, the contents survived though two gas canisters were dented - no signs of leaks so will use them. Excellent value for what I paid provided the canisters do not leak. Seller need to pay more attention to packing for delivery.by courier. The killer wand was securely packed in it's own box and is of better quality than I expected. Lets see if it works?

They delivered it but the box was bent and creased up and when I took it out there was a scratch on the screen so I informed the company and fair enough they told me to send it back and they’ll give me a full refund s I’m not knocking their customer service all is well and happy👍🏻
