The shipping price was a bit much. It was half the price of the item. The packaging was not what I was expecting. It was only in a clear plastic bag. It was not protected in the box it was shipped in. This is not a deal breaker for me. I would recommend buying items from this seller as they were honest and fair about their products. I like the necklace but it would have been nice to know that the chain was rose gold versus yellow gold. Combined shipping is appreciated. Price of shipping has gone up. This particular combined-shipping package was shipped through Fed Ex. It took four extra shipping days than the order I placed with the same seller that was shipped through USPS. I thought Fed Ex would be faster! Packaged with care. Very happy with this seller.

Shipping was good. As described, good value. Packing needed something between the brassware and the lid, it all got thrown about during shipping. I did have to renail the box back together, shipping was violent! Brassware held up, I just need to finish restoring the handles, got dry. I will polish the brassware before using.
