The laptop came exactly as described and it was packaged very securely. Originally they shipped it with the wrong power supply. But the seller was super responsive, and sent me the correct one when I contacted them. Outside of that, the laptop was in great condition and it benchmarked exactly as expected. I have had zero issues with it in daily use either. Overall, I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Arrived broken, falsely described and unusable despite being packaged appropriately. Damage seems to have happened before packaging and shipping. Seller was negligent enough to not test the item before shipping. On top of it being overpriced as it is, damaged beyond repair plus taking a long time to get here, the seller now expects me to open a return, which I don't have the means of doing. Do not count on your items working or being as described. Beware.
