Positive transaction WOULD do business again!!! Seller helped me with an issue. Delivery service must have thrown my item out the window of a moving truck as it came very broken. Arrived a week ago broken. Not packaged properly to prevent breakage. Was wrapped in a plastic bag. See photo. When I received you could hear the mug moving around. I emailed seller the photos and shared that the mug is broken and I can send back as long as I’m not having to pay to return. And would like a refund. Sadly I didn’t read the reviews and this seems to happen often. Still have not heard from seller…..

We love this scent, and it's getting very hard to find, so to find 2 for the price of what most are charging for one was wonderful! Shipping was very fast and Item was packaged up very well. This item was bought for mainly the green spray spout but upon delivery was broken. T he spout was broken on the inside and could not have been broken during shipment. So the description was lacking in some information. Since the item was broken before shipped a little over priced.
