Outstanding customer service - I made an accidental purchase and Tistaminis refunded the purchase immediately. I also had some issues combining issues through Ebay, and Tistaminis offered a solution through messaging. Beyond their excellent customer service, the items arrived exactly as pictured in sturdy packaging. The shipping cost was very reasonable and was delivered ahead of schedule. The package was well packed, including bubble wrap and in a plastic bag to capture any parts that broke during transit. Item was as described. Shipping and handling was done promptly. The price was good as well. I would have liked to see each piece get its own bag, as I feel shoving them all into one led to damaging them, but these are fragile pieces in general, so it's not surprising to get some damage in international shipping.

Good comms, fast reasonable shipping. Packaging was not awesome. Miniatures (all nine) put into A ziploc baggie and then wrapped in some bubble wrap. Most arrived with some damage. Fortunately, being plastic, they are easily repaired. Also, nothing in description about the minis themselves being modified and photos didn't show it. They all are missing their tails. Very happy with my purchase. This seller offers a nice selection of products that is harder to come by, so it’s nice to view their selection. This purchase was a pre-order, and although it took some time, I was able to receive it within reasonable time, permitting the item had to go through customs and bad weather.
