This item came in a Bosch Refurbished box, probably drop shipped from Bosch. No Problem.Items appear with little wear, if any. Fedex was not doing a good job of tracking package, I think it was weather related - not a big thing, just didn't want it sitting on my door step.Ebay is screwed up - their "Please leave me feedback on eBay" email with link for this company directs me to a product review on a different seller a month prior.Happy with this seller's product.

Item pictured is the older 5 hole version. I received the 4 hole type. I wanted the 5 hole, but the 4 seems to work fine so it's not a big deal to me. I guess I'll have to save this Sawzall blade for a special occasion, maybe a gift to a friend. FedEx really dropped the ball on this one. The trimmer was out for delivery 12 times and never showed up. We purchased a Milwaukee from another location. All my cordless tools are Milwaukee so I was excited to get this from tools-plus but had to refuse it when it finally showed up.
