Seller accepted my offer on an already well priced item. Despite being a holiday weekend I still got my package before the estimated delivery date. Item was just as described "open box" ..what I received is exactly what I would expect from someone that opened a box and put all the items right back in. Saving seller so that I can buy items in the future.

Item was as described and did work as it should. This is a great seller to deal with! The only down fall from this seller is their shipping, they do not package anything they sell. The way you buy it from the store shelf is the way you receive it. I know it saves money and time for them but sometimes something like that can go a long way with a customer and prevent theft or “missing packages”. See attached photos of how I received my battery (there was no box just received from UPS as is)

The items were as described and worked as expected. I had a problem with some missing parts due to an inadequate shipping container and tape but the seller was quick to respond and rectify the issue. I would not hesitate to purchase from this vendor again. I received a great price on my purchase.

Well the good and the bad. Item arrived damaged - NO Fault of the Seller. Item was exactly as described. Reached out to Seller via messenger and got immediate reply. While the unit was no longer available in stock, the damage was something that could be repaired. At least I hope so. There was an offer for a full refund but I need it so I chose the partial refund and will attempt to fix it. Hope I made the right decision. I would recommend this seller for their great customer service!!

Unfortunately the item we received was broken, but they were up front about the possibility of the condition being unknown when we made the purchase and stated they had an easy return policy. Item is as described, shipped in a reasonable time. ****It should have been shipped in a plain box instead of in its factory box which discloses its contents and tells the “porch pirates” exactly what’s up for the taking (in this case it was an expensive Ridgid router “tool”). It can’t be that much trouble to drop the factory box into a plain box to ship****. Luckily I was home when it was delivered and got to it before it disappeared.

What can I say—I've bought many tools from this seller, and like always, everything was spot on. Fast shipping, well-packaged with all items secured and not just thrown in. Reasonably priced, and basically like new. There was no damage to the box, even though it shipped in the original packaging without an outer box. I tested it on my car—even though I didn’t need a jump, I saw the voltage rise to 14 volts, confirming it was ready to jump-start.

Item arrived quickly. These guys always ship fast and have good deals. This was obviously never used. Hope they have more deals on batteries soon. This time the item was a little loose in the box, so could have had a little more material added to protect it in shipping, but item seemed in good shape despite this. My only little suggestion. The pressure washer was missing several items, and the seller agreed to reduce the price but I just could not find the missing pieces anywhere else, so I returned the item. Item was listed as “open box”. Looked more used than open box. Nonetheless, it was DOA! Excellent seller response, and extremely fast refund. Within 1 hour of UPS picking it up, refund was back in my bank account. A+++ for that! I have no negative feedback as I know when purchasing open box or used, that’s the chance you take. This was first Hiccup I have had. I have purchased a couple different items from this seller. They sent the wrong charger. The box was correct but inside was a beat-up and dirty standard charger model 48-59-1812. I contacted them and was sent a return label and a refund. I'll still give them 4 stars as they were very prompt with resolving the issue
