We were without heat because we needed this part they were selling it cheaper than anyone else. It was scheduled to be delivered in 8 to 10 days. I wrote to them and asked if I could pay for quicker shipping by the next morning it shipped and was now scheduled that Saturday so that was 5 to 7 days quicker already but it came Thursday and worked perfectly as described so we were only without heat for 2 days. Seller KNOWINGLY shipped out an item missing a vital component. Failed to mention it in description, and claimed I should have been able to see the TINY item barely visible in the photo. THEY KNEW THE PART WAS MISSING. Offered a laughingly low refund and would not even compromise. Was extremely passive aggressive and antagonistic when discussing the refund. Do not trust. Ill say it now, whatever their response is to this feedback is, it will be a lie.
