Amazing seller! I saw that they had some negative reviews. But knowing I had PayPal's and eBay's buyer protection on my side just in case, I chose to trust the seller and hoped for the best. Great price, quality product, quick shipping however, it was shipped in a plastic bag that got trashed during shipping. The plastic case that the hole saws came in was also damaged and a drill bit was hanging out. Not sure if parts were lost because of the way it was tossed around & poorly handled in shipping. And while that’s not the sellers fault, the item should be sent in a more secure shipping box instead of a plastic bag. The tools inside were pretty scrambled as well. See pics attached.

Pure trash, I previously ordered these staples through Toolup on Amazon for a little over 70$ and had to return them because the staples arrived in a pile, the box broke open and it was jus a pile of broken staples and what was left of the box inside the shipping box. So we tried to order through Ebay for 50ish$ and I am guessing this is the same box I received from Amazon, but instead it was a pile of broken staples in a bag. They told me I could get a refund if I return them again, hilarious

Had a hard time finding these odd sized belts due to the size being changed some time a little after this was released - now most are 3 inch width. This was brand new as described for the parts inside. But I asked before hand if it was the hard case toolbox that was pictured. They replied yes it was so I bought it because I did not want the new bag Ridgid started using for this K-60 kit. It arrived and was the bag not the toolbox. I emailed them asking whose fault it was that I was sent the wrong item. 5 days and have not heard from them. Now I have to find a toolbox since I did not want the bag. Not impressed with this company.
