After further review (and perplexity), there were the correct bits and the package had the correct number of spaces, but the bits had shifted sideways out of place enough that there appeared to be an extra empty slot. All is well! 👍

Seller delivered as expected. USPS promised but delivered one day later than promised. This was new in the factory package but I had to repair the black wire connection because it failed. Easy fix but a new item should not need repairs. Not the sellers fault, very good seller, would buy from again.
