A wrinkled box doesn’t bother me. The problem is that the item inside was bent/damaged in 3 places. The package had been opened and retaped several times by the looks of it and the packaging was more than just wrinkled. My guess is the damage was there long before it was shipped to me. Since that damage wasn’t disclosed in the description I’m staying neutral. I was able to massage out a couple of the dents in the metal slightly and it does still function but doesn’t look great in a new car.
