We have not used the printer cartridges yet so cannot give a rating for quality or condition. However, the items did ship fast and were good priced. The appearance was not what was shown on eBay as the ad shows the 4-pack coming in a separate box and the a blackXL cartridge coming in its own box. Instead, both items came in 1 box which caused confusion as we thought the 2nd item was missing. However, when we opened the 1 box, 5 cartridges in yellow plastic with no labels were in there.

Nicely packed and fast shipment. The toners work good. But,the toners you sent were not what was pictured on the web site. The brand was not what you showed on your ad. I am hoping they will last as long as your ad claims - A High Output - nowhere on the boxes that you sent, was the wording saying it is the high output cartridges.

This was my first time buying from the seller. One of the cartridges showed up and was defective. Definitely not the fault of the seller. They made good on getting me another cartridge right away and did exactly as promised. Wasn’t dropped off for shipping for nearly a week and then was very late in arriving. Box was double the size it needed to be poorly taped. However, luckily the toners were individually boxed or this would not have arrived intact. They do work as intended!
