The communication and shipping from the seller was phenomenal. I would buy from this seller again. The only negative, and it is not the sellers fault, is FEDEX. I HATE FEDEX. I have bought 2 expensive things from Amazon. This car piece was over $800.00 and you will see in the picture I am attaching the way they shipped this. They don't even bring packages to the door. This was left in a snow storm with a text which you will see also. Sellers I advise you to PLEASE STOP USING FEDEX!!!!!

Terrible experience. Canceled my order stating can't ship part to NY or CA even though shipping address was in Illinois. I was told to reorder the part. Fine but now it's about $80 more. "customer service" said they could not change the price. I asked who can and did not receive an answer. Purchased elsewhere. This didn't have to happen.

Part might be great but I wouldn't know as it never showed up, they waited until the end of the possible delivery time to email me to inform me that my address was undeliverable and to call them, called them later in the day when I had time for them to tell me a different story, told me USPS couldn't ship it that big so they already cancelled my order and if i want to try again that i would have to reorder. Come to find out they actually have multiple seller names with same issues. NOT HAPPY

part was as is and cheap of all i have seen, but shipping was horrible. Part came exposed, no box, no cover to protect it. very unacceptable shipping practice. do not know if item may have been damaged during shipping because of it. Item was also exposed to rain conditions because of it. definitely not happy at all.
