Ordered this computer and monitors. Received package and realized it was kind of a small box so I opened it and the monitors were missing. Got in touch with the seller and they said they wanted to make it right with me. About 5 minutes after I got off the phone with them, I had a tracking number and received the monitors! The item itself is fantastic. It has 1 single dead pixel but truly can't complain about that when it's such a great monitor for 50 bucks. My big issue is that it's shipped ups. My package had been torn open. Tape on outer box was torn Orr and restuck. The ebay tape inside the box that sealed the plastic was torn off.
