Great seller, fast shipping, exactly as described. My only constructive criticism feedback is they overcommunicate to a fault, which some people may like; they sent an update message for every step of the purchase/shipping updates. Which is the same information you see through my eBay portal. Which then just causes additional time to check a message for information that I already knew or if I cared could easily be found.

I was worried about the tire after reading the negative comments about the seller after I had already bought it. I didn't know the seller was selling tires with side wall patches and not refunding buyers money or only partially refunding. The tire arrived in 2 days as advertised by the seller and after thoroughly inspecting it I was surprised to find no patches. I didn't see any patches on the side wall or in the tread. The tire looked almost new. Thank God! The seller gets a AAA+ from me.

Decent shipping speed. Tread depth matched description. I was disappointed by the date codes. One of the two tires is almost five years old. The other was more acceptable at 3 years old. I don't fault this seller for the omission of the data I was concerned about..I should have asked questions before purchase. I bought a pair of these tires from another seller and received a pair tires with newer date codes. I will buy from that seller a replacement for the 5 year old tire.

Packaging, Value, Shipping you did get it to me shipped early but FedEx left the item behind someone's car which was not mine and if that person had got out and got in their car and started backing up not knowing that tire was behind the car like that to the damage the title in their car when I asked the FedEx driver lady where was the tire she pointed but attitude right there I did not want to say anything else to the African-American driver and fair of I might be accused of doing something .

Ordered two tires from UTG. One arrived on Sunday as promised and the other 48 hours later on Tuesday. How two tires can leave at the same time and be delivered two days apart is all down to FedEx. UTG did a good job keeping me informed and the tires were as stated in the description. No problems with UTG
