When you bought this card on 4/15 eBay gave you a delivery date of 4/24 (arriving early, by the way) so I have no clue why you are this angry. Great price, appears to have been a lovely book. BUT…mailed to CA MediaMail in a bubble envelope that tore on the bottom edge & damaged the edge of the book. Fortunately the book & dvd were also in a plastic bag. However, it too had a small tear in the very corner. The Postal Worker left the package by the gate instead of on the porch in the pouring rain, so a tiny bit of water damage to the corner of the book, & a trickle of water got into the dvd case as well. DVD appears new.

I'm sorry the USPS had their way with your package. As you can see from our feedback this was an isolated incident. As sad as it may sound, you may want to get a PO Box if the mail carrier continues to be careless with your parcels or at the very least maybe be a little more generous around the holidays when they leave that presumptuous reminder in your mailbox.

Overall good experience. The seller had a shipping label within 24 hours & shipped within 48 hours. The item arrived well within the expected timeframe. The item was packaged well. A particularly thoughtful touch was inserting bubble wrap between the case hub & jewel case insert to prevent damage to the insert during shipping. The only downside is the condition was listed as "like new," but the CD (light scratches & fingerprints) & case insert (slight wear marks) are really "very good" at best.

Thank you for your purchase. I couldn't help but notice, it would seem as if every item you purchase on eBay is met with the same level of disappointment. It looks like we got away light with a little passive aggressiveness but most other sellers got negative or neutrals left for them. With all due respect, perhaps your expectations for used <$10 items are a little out of whack and you should just buy BRAND NEW stuff rather than nitpick every seller unfortunate enough to receive your order.

Thank you for a great value. I am so pleased with my purchase. Not so pleased with delivery. But that was not sellers fault. USPS bounced package back and forth between post offices before finally putting out for delivery which delayed my getting them longer than should have been. But they are worth the wait. Seller packaged them so nicely and they are in perfect condition. I am happy with purchase and would be pleased to buy from this seller again.
