I had to order the spare tire because my spare tire got a nail in it. The tire I received was in good condition and accurately described and half the price that the dealership quoted me. It did say it would arrive within one to two days and it took 5-7 days. But I didn’t really care because it was a spare tire and so there was no hurry for me to get it. But just beware shipping time might be incorrect if you need something faster.

I needed a new driver's seat so I searched and found this one. Ordered and was shipped out fast. Arrived and found the seat track was damaged due to shipping. I took pics and sent them to the seller. I had to swap seat tracks from my old seat to the new seat and works great. I asked for a partial refund due to the seat track and they agreed and apologized. I would use this seller again. The item showed up quickly as described. It was packaged well. I thought it was listed at a good price. My complaint is that communication was very poor. I called the seller directly several times and kept getting passed around to different people. I left multiple voicemails with no return calls. My questions were never answered.

Everything about tail gate was great. Not happy that I paid for shipping and their idea of packaging is to put boxes that has foam and trash inside to hold it in place and I'm now going to have to find a recycling center & stuck paying to get rid of the worn out tire they threw in the bottom for the tailgate to sit on. The top was unboxed.
