Great price; delivered very fast, as expected; so small it would be easy to pack and take along with you when you travel; very elegant looking in black; new, exactly as advertised. Haven't had it long enough to speak knowledgeably on how well it works, but there's no reason to expect anything other than first-rate performance. Interaction with seller has been really good. I've had no problems, but received a "thank-you for buying from us" message even before my machine arrived.

I received this item this morning, much sooner than i expected. Very pleased with delivery time. The item itself was securely packaged: inside a box inside of a bubble envelope. Nicely done. The item itself is of EXCEPTIONAL quality. Very well made. It is beautiful to look at, in excellent condition ( not bent or damaged in any way). It is also a great price and value for something this well made. Seller communication is also excellent and proactive. I am very pleased .

Item as described and just what I needed. Very prompt shipping, although the item was delivered to the alley behind our home next to the garbage container. No idea why the item ended up there, as every other shipper leaves packages at the front of our house near an entry door. Didn't find the item for several days. This was in no way the fault of the shipper, but thought it was worth adding to the experience.

For some reason, eBay and FedEx, don’t seem to be able to work together because FedEx always delivers to the wrong address! The seller was wonderful to work with on this matter and refunded me. I let them know that there is a real problem between eBay and FedEx. It always ends up being shipped to the wrong address with that tracking number matching up with the wrong address instead of my address. I will never again on eBay order anything that gets shipped through FedEx.

Thank you. Shipping was quick and product was as stated. My only criticism would be maybe to mail the product in a box. The plastic bottle was only mailed in a bag and the plastic cap of the aioli was broken and in the bottom of the bag.

I am very thankful for this seller. Very fast shipping & commission. I had punched, not this same brand back in December. It showed deluvered, but I still have yet to receive it.
