Seller forgot to ship, I said hey what's up after 3 weeks and they said nothing but they did refund the money after 2-3 days. So, yeah. Stupid but whatever. I bought from *******seller "ybinst"******* and they've been absolutely perfect and communicated everything even when I had an issue with USPS saying the house was "VACANT" and sending the scalpels back to them. They sent another and I absolutely loved the ease of the experience and transaction. AND THE COMMUNICATION!!!

Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience with a seller on this site. I ordered an item in September, but after a month, I received something completely different from what was shown in the pictures. Since then, communication has been poor. I returned the item at my own cost and still haven't been reimbursed. The seller continuously provided excuses and failed to respond to my follow-up inquiries. I ordered this item in early February 2025. Having not received it I contacted the seller and said I would still like it. About 10 days later I received a full refund. This is not an earth-shattering event, but the seller never attempted to fulfill my request that I could tell. These were ordered as backups to my existing stock of scalpel blades, so it is no great loss. I just wish there had been better communication. I don't feel like I can rate this item having never seen it.
