Wheels came in two different boxes. One of the boxes was well packaged and the other not so much. The second box was just a plain fedex box with no protection. There was a small mark on the wheel but I got it to buff out.

Wow. I started looking for steel wheels for my winter tires but when I saw these, my tune changed. The wheels are gorgeous. You’d think they just arrived from the Ford store! Rims were in good condition. Shipping was odd. Each wheel was in its own box with its own tracking number. I first received two wheels by FedEx. When I asked where the other two were they just suddenly shipped them via ups. Better communication about how items are shipped would be helpful. That said they look great on our 2013 X1. Original rims were very curb rashed.

They sent the completely wrong wheel, no relation to what was ordered! Upon text contact they refused to issue credit. I sent the item back immediately. The texts seemed to be a bot. They have no means of phone support. I have had to dispute my credit card. I would advise not to buy from this outfit. They are very bad and incompetent. And may be attempting to keep my payment!

I never received the wheel. The seller does not care and will not refund my money. I'm not very happy about loosing $240.00. I was nothing but nice to these people and they do not care weather there product ever gets here or not. They told me they would not give me a refund unless i sent a wheel back to them. Tracking shows a label was printed and package was never received by the shipping company. You can't return a wheel that was never shipped.
