Exceptional seller, both in delivery, price & quality of the product. The same day I bought it, that same day was shipped & arrived 5 days later. New as described/pictured. I knew that it didn't come in an OEM Milwaukee box, but for the cost saving I'm happy with the purchase. The box would have been recycled anyway. Delivered Bare Tool with Manual. Tool: Makita XDT19 Looks new, all functions work. Shipping Speed: Average Packaging: Came wrapped in butcher paper, manual wrapped around tool, cellophane wrapped, USPS bubble package. I would have thought additional bubble wrap around the tool would have been good insurance, however as stated previously it was delivered without any damage and works. The Makita 18v drill/hammer drill/driver was as described and delivered. It included all the parts and was unused even though the original packaging was not present (as stated in the listing). Packaging sucked. Shipped via snail mail and took over 2 weeks to receive. Unacceptable! Messaged the seller about it a few times and they were condescending. Eventually it showed up.
