Exceptional service from a very reliable seller. They were offering a long-out-of-print book at a very reasonable price. On checkout I was given a 10% discount code; the book was dispatched with free postage, followed by an email advising they were giving a refund because they considered the book was not in as good a condition as advertised. This is my 4th or 5th time buying from this seller. Superb service as always. Very good seller. Item arrived quickly, but the packaging seemed too small for the book and it arrived open (it may have been better to have sent it in a jiffy bag). The book was as described with some writing and marks in pencil, but it can easily be rubbed out, although what's written might help with my learning, so I may leave it :) It was a great price so no complaints, and I would definitely use this seller again

Yet another purchase from this excellent seller. If you see a book you want listed by this seller just buy it. It will be dispatched rapidly, well packed and as described. This book arrived with me next morning. I love Heidi Swain's books and couldn't pass this one up as it was advertised as almost new and exceptional value too.
