I bought this & ended up asking for a refund because I found a similar item for less. I should have bought this item,though.The item is priced and shipping is priced for a reason.It is expensive to ship a well packaged item from the UK.The item I ended up with arrived poorly packaged & broken.I was able to fix the item,but I learned to be wary of a cheaper price.The seller was so kind & refunded me right away.I am grateful for the easy exchanges we had in our communications with each other!

Before I ordered my ornament I checked the reviews and I can confirm that they are totally true the ornament was so well packaged it would have been virtually impossible for it to arrive damaged. Delivered within 4 days of ordering totally recommend this seller.

The first statue arrived damaged despite incredible packaging, and the seller has been wonderful and immediately dispatched a replacement statue - again incredibly well packaged and arrived today intact.
