I explained that seller sent the item without the display packaging as advertised so i wanted to return it. I also explained that i should not have to pay for shipping due to their misrepresentation of the item. I returned it and i was charged the shipping! Ebay needs to come down on sellers who do business in this manner, buyer beware!

They Shipped wrong item. Totally different than what was described. I contacted them and asked for recourse and was willing to work it out with them. None was given. Seller gave me the classic excuses and run around. I was told I am their “ 1% “of fallout so deal with it. Fortunately I have not had to leave negative feedback in a while. They are part of the 1% of sellers that don’t care. I did purchased my correct item from their competition for less price & higher quality cust service.

Got half of what I ordered, but it was late, and I had to message seller a number of times to even get that much. Ordered two different sizes, they never shipped me my fronts. The communication was poor, and when they did respond, it wasn’t always truthful (told me my other pair shipped, it never did). This seller also prints a label immediately so you can’t even request a refund because per eBay, they items “already shipped”. Save yourself the headache, order elsewhere…

Wheel cap was exactly as described. 45 days to deliver an item that weighs 130 grams to Australia, at a cost of $13.21 USD is beyond ridiculous. Tracking was useless as it was 2 weeks behind. 19 days before parcel was sent to carrier. Parcel was given the run around in US for 30 days before being sent to Australia, and 11 more days after arrival.
