At first, I was a little hesitant to order from Korea when I live in New Jersey. The sellers always responded back to my emails right away. Shipping was very fast only took a week . Brand new, and sealed, as described. As far as I've been able to find, this seller is the only source for FC980C's shipped to the US without an absurd markup. Communication was excellent. I got my folder 2 within a week, and it was well packaged and got extra accessories to protect my phone, the seller is very communicative and very nice. I don’t usually leave reviews but this team deserves 11 out of 10 stars! I was skeptical at first seeing it come from Hong Kong but these people know what they are doing ! I have to admit that I was skeptical at first ordering something from overseas due to shipping times and all but I was more than pleasantly surprised. The package arrived from South Korea to my home in Ohio in 3 days (label creation to knock on the door for delivery). Item was packaged in new sealed box, just as described. All items were included...seller even included a SanDisk mini SD card which is not part of the DJI kit. I bought during the Korean New Year, but seller very clearly said there would be a delay. When the holiday was over he shipped immediately, and FedEx efficiently took it to Indianapolis, where US Customs delayed for a few days, but did not charge me a duty, nor did they ask for my tax ID. I just got the package in perfect condition from FedEx in northern Arizona. All good! All told, from shipping to receipt took about 14 days. Oh yes, the price was excellent!
