I'm leaving positive feedback primarily due to the great communication I received, but my order was not without complications. The two sweatshirts I purchase were not in stock. I agreed to additional wait time for their arrival while the seller got them from another warehouse, which I found out was in China not California. When they arrived they were not as described and needled to be returned. I received a return label promptly and a full refund 2 or 3 days after they arrived back to seller.

Sent wrong tracking number. Item not as described in the listing. The listing said that it was to come with tags, it didn't. The listing said it was 100% cotton, it wasn't, obviously spandex. This was a drop ship from Amazon (came with Amazon packaging and delivered by Amazon). Seeing there were no labels or tags, I would say that this was a return.

the seller said he sent  US post office. I never received the product even though it said it was delivered. It was not. Maybe it was stolen. I do not know. But the seller is too cheap to use ups.  so my advice in this regards is to send him a note saying to use UPS or FedEx only. As the United States post office in this country has no regard for anyone nor do they care if they lose something. And I’m sure he knows this but he just wanted to save money or maybe keep some extra money .
