Sorry for this late feedback I thought I gave a 5-star review after receiving this tool bag that I was very impressed with from the design and the construction including the many inside & outside pockets 4 a good price.The reply was quick when I contacted this seller after I received the bag due to the shipping box was cut open during shipping, The bag was not damaged fortunately and did arrive in new undamaged condition without asking they refunded me $5 for what happened. I found a nearly invisible mower blade in this seller's store. It must be invisible because nobody can find it. Not only did the seller have one, they gave me a price lower than factory direct AND free shipping. The blade is the factory mulching blade for my wife's Worx lawn mower. Worx refurb comes thru again. Every part was in the box as described, even the user manual. It was sold as a refurb unit, but every piece looks brand new to me. The box it arrived in was banged up, but everything inside was well packed and secure. I've bought several refurb items from Worx and I've had zero issues with anything. If you want a shiny brand new box, then go ahead and pay a big price. If you're like me and only care about what's inside the box, Worx refurb is a great deal.

Item is new in box as described. It was also shipped when indicated. The item got delayed in Fedex delivery. In order to get the item, I had to call FedEx (nightmare) to have them try to find the item. Finally after a couple of days, the shipment tracking showed movement and was delivered to my home rather than having to go through the USPS system locally. The delay had nothing to do with Ebay or the seller on Ebay. It was a problem with shipper.

There were a couple of glitches with this item. First the shipper lost the item. That was not the fault of this seller. They did contact the shipper and when it was determined the item was lost they immediately sent out a second one. They are get at communicating and keeping the buy aware of the status.
