Ordered front and rear wiper blades. Only the rear arrived in the packaging. Eventually got the other too with a few emails back and forward so the issue was sorted but I can't see me using this seller again.

Great quality from Bosch , i count see any faults- just a polite message to this seller, ensure you send out with a cover to prevent damages to customers accepting them. Item delivered to my dustbin thanks to Royal Mail, proof of delivery - photo of it's whereabouts absent until days later. Card not left although Royal Mail said it was. A lot of confusion yet again caused by a lazy lame brain delivery agent. Sellers communication was good and helpful. Item as description. Thank you.

They sent me the wrong item, I simply put it back in the box and used the eBay returns system to print a post paid label, I was already planning a trip to the post office so it was back on its way about 3 hours after it arrived. I only received courteous messages and received my refund promptly. Not exactly what I wanted to happen but under the circumstances it couldn't have been handled better

Once again brilliant communication very fast response to questions. Ordered Monday delivered Wednesday in great condition and brilliant wiper blades. I ordered a set about a year ago and drivers side started showing signs of wear so ordered a hole set as probably won't be much longer before the others start to go. Great price for this set of Bosch blades received in their own manufacturing boxes. Boxes sealed together and address label applied onto box, unlike other sellers who tend to shrink wrap the package first to protect from weather. That would be my negative comment to an otherwise great buy. Order dispatched promptly and with a tracking element but as it was Royal Mail 48, following the journey was not that accurate.

Sent a wrong item , trying to blame on buyer. Not a Mercedes connection at all and their checker has brought up the right vehicle,likely wrong contents in the box, complicated communication with seller. Item sent back for refund.I would not use that seller again neither would recommend it to anyone. Made an error admit it ,no need to make it complicated,could have secured yourself a sale by replacing item .

Wow what can I say. Purchased these for my car only to find that one of the wipers have been damaged in the post contacted the seller straight away.
