I removed no stars from this. However, I have no idea about the product as FedEx misdelivered the shipment and was absolutely noncommunicative, unhelpful, after 2 hours total invested in tracking down the item. I saw the photo of where they actually delivered it (FedEx agent) and I hope the young woman who received it, who never bothered to return it to me, is making good use of it. To their credit, the seller refunded my purchase price to an eBay gift card. Grateful am I! Avoid FedEx!

Once I purchased the product, I noticed the listing price was increased about $20. After a little less than a week I still had not received a tracking number. Then I was given a bogus tracking number and was told the package got delivered to “the wrong address” I assume someone listed the item for the wrong price and this was their way out of losing money. I wish they were just honest with me so I didn’t waste a week and a half waiting on them.

Never got the item. Because of contract between usps and other non government shippers. In rural areas items are dropped off at usps and the finish delivery. Buyer receives notice item was delivered but to the USPS no buyer. You may see it many days later if at all . If the usps does not agree with the address their sorting equipment kicks it out. This areas items then go on to the sectional center in this case Chicago never to be seen again. Sellers will argue you got it but you didn’t 😪
