I received the Vevor sump pump 5 days earlier than was originally estimated. I was very surprise to receive the sump pump so quickly. I had a battery back-up sump pump so I was still OK. Great product. very slow shipping . Seller advertised Fed EX shipping for this product then changed it to OnTrac delivery. The old bait and switch trick. My package was stuck in their system for 4 days it said out for delivery and was finally delivered 5 days after the first delivery date. OnTrac should be called OFFTRAC....the worst delivery company I've ever seen and dont know why anyone would use it. I never buy again from any seller that does the bait and switch on me.

It is very good. It looked like it was brand new, which was it was advertised as such, however it arrived with minimal damage around the lip of the air vent on top, seen when opened. It still functions as intended. Advised the seller & they reached out immediately to rectify the issue. Good quality in the receptacle & cord. Good design. New. Good price. My only complaint is: I bought this with a temporary power box at the same time. Both items were listed under the same tracking number. The power box came days before this item. With confusion in the shipment, I called FedEx. They said there's nothing they could do, since it had the same tracking. I contacted this seller. Their automated reply was to wait. FedEx brought this days later with no explanation why it was separate.

The seller sent me Washing Machine Brackets. After contacting them they offered 1) $50.00 back, 2) buy the correct parts myself (a whole stove kit) and they will reimburse me, 3) return item. But they warned me that returning the item may result in lost our damaged returned item, which will effect my refund. I just want my stove. Why is that so hard?
