Item was as described and arrived when promised. Was a good value. The item was packaged well but Fed Ex didn't handle it very well it had a 6 inch x 6 inch piece of the corner torn off. Fortunately the item was not damaged as it was wrapped in bubble wrap.

When I received the package with the wine decanter in it, you could tell the box had been dropped or crushed. And when I opened it, it was very well wrapped in bubble wrap, but it was still broken in a bunch of pieces Federal Express delivered the package and definitely did not Take care of the package, but the seller was very gracious when I let them know that it was broken and they refunded me my money immediately they were very easy to work with.

I am excited to see the lamp in person. I am a hand spinner myself and the sculpture is so nicely detailed. Packing was very extensive and the lamp came without any damage. I am super happy with this and would recommend this seller. Shipping was fast. Considering the fact that the lamp is a solid chunk of marble I don’t think shipping costs were too horrible.
