The drill was correct and as described, but as per the advertisement there should have been quantity 10 and I only received quantity one. I contacted the supplier and he reviewed the description and agreed that it was incorrect. He refunded me in full and apologised and sa that the advertisement would be corrected. I am completely satisfied with the outcome and the fast response of the seller. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him.

This is the first time I have ordered from Zoro, the delivery was fast but unfortunately they delivered the wrong tool. I contacted zoro to highlight this and a Was a bit worried the response would be poor based on other customers feedback, I couldn’t have been more wrong! They responded to emails quickly, thank you Sam and sent out the correct tool and received it two days after the original error. I can’t ask for a better response to the original issue. Thank you and would definitely use Zoro

Delivered on time, not as described however made enquiry and did not really get a supportive reply, explained that I will return items but asked for different option on similar item. No reply....anyway item was sent back unopened and with original packing. Tbe return was free. All good however the seller decided to charge me £3.25 claiming item was not in original condition. I would argue that. Seemed a bit naughty and also looks like attempt to recover postage loss by penalising the customer

Excellent service. Well priced and arrived promptly considering it was free postage! Note that when I ordered it the Heading description indicated it was a 500ml size but the item description was (correctly) identified 360ml. This was clarified by the seller who informed me that the title would be updated. Recommended eBayer.

Item was late but seller explained situation, did not pose a problem for me. What was a problem was Royal Mail parcel Service, missed the delivery so item was deposited at a Post Office, and not the one within walking distance but one that required a 3 mile round trip drive. Smart phone emails not accepted as proof of identity. These people need to adapt to the 26th century. Will not purchase from any supplier that uses this service in the future. Normal postal service has never been a problem.

Quick enough delivery and as described, the funny part was that the 12cm long 1/4” ratchet came in a box measuring 10” x 10” x 8” with nothing more inside the box other than the ratchet and the invoice, what a waste of postage costs for the company when it would of fitted in the smallest Jiffy bag made

Arrived extremely quickly (ahead of pedicted date) and was well packaged. The sellers comms were excellent and would recommend this seller. The drawer liners were easy to cut to size and will prevent tools from sliding around. The liners could be used in other applications, I shall be using the offcuts in future crafting projects.

all fine with seller however Parcel Force is useless service for delivery. Attempt only one delivery, left note with tracking number. I've changed delivery date on Parcel Force website and nobody turn up so I had to go to Post Office and collect parcel. I'm using internet for shopping as I don't have a time going to shop so wasting time for me going for parcel collection. regards
