Initially I was a little leary of mailing a money order, but within a couple days of providing images of the money order, the shipping package and receipt with tracking number, I had the donators information. Very smooth process and will definitely buy more boats.

After inspecting the TRAILER, which I needed, I decided not to take the it. The trailer was completely rusted through the main rails in several places. I asked for complete refund, as their "guarantee" stated, and have been completely ignored. No calls back, no emails back. My experience is this is a total scam. Don't be fooled by these idiots.

Communication is a little delayed due to seller location and business hours but emails were responded to. It is a different buying experience but it worked well for me. I am looking forward to buying from boatliquidator again.
