For the weight of the items the manufacturer need to box this up better for UPS shipping. I had this delivered to my work, The UPS driver had to be very embarrassed as the condition of the boxing that he quickly dropped these in my back door and left before anyone could say (lets see if anything is missing ) the boxing was that torn up. Have not installed yet

The pivot ball is actually slightly longer than the stock one (even though they are the same part number) That should be able to corrected by adjusting the clutch linkage.
