Instead of trying to blame me, he only wanted to know how it happened so he could make sure it wouldn't happen again. (It's still a mystery, but most likely the fault of the USPS) He immediately sent out a replacement copy. I will not hesitate to purchase from him again. The books were one of the highest quality, great appearance and one of the best values on Ebay! Highly recommend!!
