Good console bad controller.

The game console work great but I received a defective controller that had bad stick drift, so I he ad to spend more money to get a new controller. That extra money I spent for the other controller put me a bit over budget.

Not what I expected

Brand new console and it will shut off automatically when I try and play games. I can watch Netflix and download stuff but when I try and load a game it crashes please help.
