It took a lot of patience to install two of these (12 wire ends each), stripping the insulation off the wires, crimping the little ends onto them, and getting them to fit correctly into the plugs. Granted, I didn't have the special Deutsch tools to do this with, and I feel it would have been nice if eBay listed them with a "customers bought with this" suggestion so buyers could get the whole package (connectors and tools) in one place. (Another on-line company does a pretty good job of this, if you know who I mean - starts with an "A") This was my first experience with these connectors, and with time, I could probably get faster doing it. Took me 4 1/2 or 5 hours to do two of these plus a three-prong one (six wire ends). Take your time and double-check your work, and you can do it if this 71-year-old guy can. As to quality, time will tell, but I can say that one of the rubber waterproofing seals easily came off, and I found it on my garage floor four days later. Fortunately, I just had to slip it back on to the connector and now I hope it doesn't easily slip off and get lost sometime while I'm disconnecting the connectors as they are intended for.
Received product. Installed the product and the one end has a catch build into it to slide into a piece of plastic to hold it. So you can in plug and plug in one handed.
