My Favorite Snare Batter....Great Sound and Extended Life Too!

This has been my Snare Batter of Choice for a few years now. Needs No Further Dampening! I also like an Industry Standard White "Coated Ambassador Batter" for my Toms. But this CS Reverse Dot has the Coating for Brush use and a Fat but Crip Sound on the Snare. Not to mention the Long Life the Reverse Dot gives You!

Cheap Shells on Dope

First Remo Sound Control head I have tried so I don't have many miles on it yet. Put it on a 6.5 inch PDP maple/poplar snare to try and tame the ring. At the same time I installed Soundpure Blaster snare wires. Drum sounds pretty good on a low tune. Has some ring but not too bad and it's in a small room so that's probably affecting the sound. Overall I am pleased so far.

The head I always use for snare drum..

This the preferred snare head for me. If you break the top head, at least the reverse dot gets you through the set. And, it sounds great.

Go to Drum Head

this is my go to drum head when a drum is not sounding like it should .... it come alive with this Remo under dot head,,,, thats why every pro drummers play them ... worth every penny.
