This is a good fuel tank for the money and should work well.
I needed a tank for an old Evinrude motor that I picked up and was floored when I saw the cost of a new metal tank. So I choose a plastic tank because it was half the price and I would not need to worry about rust being an issue as with a metal tank. The tank arrived and I used it to test the motor and every thing worked fine. I did however find that the plastic tank tends to bloat or expand when the gas on the tank gets warm and builds up pressure. When this happened the tank would no longer set flat on the floor as the bottom of the tank became rounded and the tank rocked from side to side. Relieving the pressure in the tank helped but did not cure the problem completely right away. So it is a good tank but be aware that is does have this one draw back. Metal tanks are great but the threat of rust building up on the inside is always a problem and they are pricey.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

OMC Fuel tanks
These tanks are OMC connectable and light weight being made of plastic. For me, I had to release the big cap, not just open the vent, to connect the hose. They really hold pressure nicely. Probably won’t have to pump the ball to often.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

worth the extra cost.
well built, nice balance, easy to carry.(unlike my previous tank that had the handle on the end) fuel gauge is nice to have when you are asking the person up front next to it, how much is left? gas cap clicks so you can't over tighten.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

Just what I needed
