The setup was easy. Everything was prompted through the unit and TV. The construction of the unit and remote seems rock solid. The ear pod jack in the remote is super nice for late-night TV watching without bothering your partner, and the sound quality was very, very good.
One ring to rule them all... Or one device to setup all your streaming services on that has good performance, lots and lots of apps, etc. The private listening feature has gotten even more useful since being able to listen to anything you can connect to your phone using the Roku app (my own bluetooth speakers, hooray). Absolutely no complaints about this device so far. Netflix, Disney+, HBO, CBS/Paramount etc. all one one device is proving very convenient. Great picture, great sound, solid streaming with good buffering (as long as the streaming service or the internet connection aren't having issues, naturally).
I have several Roku products. This is the third Roku Ultra I have purchased.I like the remote because it can control the volume and power of the TV. I dis like the location of the volume (on the side of the remote) because it is easy to touch. The other dislike is the location of the "home" button. I too often hit it accidently that causes the Roku to go back home and you have to perform the functions over again to get back where you were. The Ultra is very easy to work and set up. The remote is compact. I do recommend it. It is a great companion for a TV that does not have streaming ability and the range of apps is not matched anywhere.
I had already owned a Roku Premiere for 2 years. Bought 2 of these Roku Ultra LT units so I could have a Roku for every TV in order to cancel my cable subscription. These units perform every bit as well as my Roku Premiere but with the added feature of a voice remote and updated software. Setup was extremely easy since I already had a Roku account and they have the added benefit of being able to use an ethernet connection if you have one near your TV. The final benefit is that they cost about half of what I paid for my Roku Premiere.
I have an older TV that doesn't have streaming built into it. For that reason, I have to use a streaming device like Roku. This is a fantastic product! With the new processor that's built into the Roku Utra LT, this thing is fast! Makes it so much easier to stream! Plus I really like the remote control. You can use it to turn your TV on and off and to adjust the volume. All-in-all, this is the best streaming device on the market.
If you can do without the find your remote and USB port features, the Ultra LT is worth the savings over the full Ultra. Processing speed is slightly slower, but it it’s mostly unnoticeable. Having the wired ethernet option provides a more stable stream. It’s east to set up, and Roku offers lots of programming options.
I own 4 of these and in my opinion are the best streaming devices on the market. Roku has a smooth, easy-to-use interface with a wide variety of features like being able to cast from your smartphone. Hands down the Roku LT Premiere is a very simple and easy-to-use streaming player. I give it 5 star's.
Great product for streaming on older TVs that don't connect to the internet. This device includes an Ethernet interface so it can connect to the modem/router via cable without using WiFi bandwidth. Extremely easy to setup, works with all HD-compatible TVs that support 1080p resolution, and comes with voice remote.
It works great. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. You also can save a lot of money compared to cable TV. The Roku Ultra LT is very inexpensive if you buy it from some on-line store. The Roku does include quite a few free channels. There are also many other streaming options available at relatively low cost depending on what you want to watch.
