Good quality machine, performs as described!
We bought this for a clogged drain. We received it on time, it was easy to assemble and it worked beautifully. I am very happy that we purchased this as we have occasional problems with clogs. Quality is mostly good but mine shakes itself apart.
A rubber foot came off and the moto mount is not great because it only has the two screws holding it in place. Otherwise, I would argue this is a good, solid tool. I'll be able to modify it to solve the problems with some bigger screws. Overall, you're getting a great value here. It is heavy and it's not on wheels so storage may be a consideration. Beautiful machine that will do the job!
I am truly delighted with this purchase. Though, I must admit, it is heavy! Now, after paying plumbers to come and clean out my drain, for the second time, and taking notes...now, I know what to do. This led me to this purchase. I read the comments and reviews, and decided on this one. It being electric, that means more power. And my favorite color too. It traveled from West coast to east coast and the box was totally in tact.. can't say so much for the Styrofoam on the bottom. High quality
I had tree roots in my main sewer going from the house to street. The product has already paid for itself by me using this instead of a plumber. Very sturdy machine works just as described. Also used to clear out my down spout lines that run out to the street. It does have a little of weight to it (almost 75 pounds). I did not get the ones with the wheels on it. Machine is good quality however software support team is another question.
The machine is beautiful craft, however when come to software support it is very poor instructions. I don't think the team is actively test out the software proved to see it compatible with the new and the latest software. I installed the software on Win7 and the problem is the key doesn't' work. Very Good Product for the money !
Nice product, worked well.... Only wished they carried an extra 50 or 25 foot extention I could purchase. But all and all a good value and worked well... Heavy-duty homeowner grade drain auger
Nice unit, arrived on time and complete. I did not have to buy any other attachments and the little metal tool holder is a great idea. The unit is about 75 lbs but seems easy to use. I like it much better than the one I got at Lowes a few years back, which kinked too easily, rendering it ineffective. fantastic price. easy to use just REWIND BY HAND. DONT USE REVERSE TO REWIND which was my fault. dont use reverse period just let the cable keep grinding through the clog anmd rewind when finished by hand. do that and $180 for a 1/2 cable 50 ft. long is a steal. no more calling a plumber ever.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新
