Unhappy customer. I recommend thinking twice on your investment into a plotter.
Decent little plotter when it worked, but very cheaply made. I've used it around 50 times, and it no longer lifts the pen or has any pressure. I primarily used it for drawing layouts to hand paint signs. The cut software is also not very good. I wotk at a sign shop and we use Graphtec, Suma and Roland plotters, all of which are great. I guess you get what you pay for. If you can afford a better quality brand I'm sure you'll be happy that you spent the extra money. I definitely wish I had and would recommend to anyone who asked that they should too. Regarding USCutter customer support: I ordered a replacement carriage for mine (on a weekend) and before it had shipped, asked to have a hold placed on my order (within 30 min of placing the order). I wanted to add to my order after i had done a little more research, I thought the problem was probably with the z-chip. I explained this in my hold request, however my order shipped before they were able to put a hold on it. Rather than then addressing my request they marked my request as resolved and had no further communication to help me resolve my broken plotter. Not very useful customer support...购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

Great product so far. Quality of cuts are very good. Program is great can copy and paste pretty much any black and white pictures from the internet and use the program to cut it out. Funny enough I had an issue with the slide trolley that holds the tooling which was the same as something I'd already read about them where one of the guide rollers weren't in the guide trough, easy fix though. The wiring I received was U.S. but was capable of Australian voltage so I brought the same generic plug and cord from jaycar and works just great.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

I've had it two weeks now and got it dialed in and working wonderful, although I did have some mechanical issues but I called the support team at us cutter, we were able to diagnose the problem and sent me the part to correct it. It is a entry level cutter but for someone just starting out it's a wonderful machine to learn on. The software that comes with it is very basic and limited to what can be done on the design side of it but good to use to understand the machine. Congress with two magnetic signs four 24" 5' feet rolls which one is enough to get the feel for the cutter and weeding the excess material out. When it is time couurt me to upgrade my machine I'll definitely be buying another machine from us cutter. Great cutter.
Cutter is easy to use, stand makes holding vinyl rolls while cutting very convenient. Instructions included are easy to follow. If your new to cutting this comes with a practice blade in the form of a pen so you can test things out before you cut on your vinyl. I have used mine for heat press vinyl as well as wall or car vinyl decals and it has worked excellent for my needs. I have had trouble with using the sheet vinyls with it if the size goes all the easy to the edge because the vinyl roller clamps can't keep grip on it but the actually rolls work like a charm. I'm still getting used to it so there may be tricks I haven't figured out yet that help with the sheet problem. 😎 overall, fantastic machine.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

Great Vinyl Cutter
Bought a similar one from USCutter back in 2010. Came back in 2018 when we decided to start a side business and there was no second guessing I went back to USCutter for my vinyl cutter and supplies. Being a business owner and a mother of 5 that are very involved with sports (cheerleading, softball, and volleyball) this was what I needed! I make all my own signs, shirts, gifts ect and I use to do it all by hand with paints and stencils. this item was easy to assemble and easy to learn to use to make my projects even easier and nicer to do. With that said this is a great item...not only was it great but delivery was fast!!! I got it 3 days after ordering it and it arrived 3 days before the day it said it was going to deliver. Cuts fast once setup is complete
The program that comes with the cutter is a little hard to navigate at first but after all it comes free with the cutter, so I have no complaints there. The cutter is hard at first to get dialed in as far as settings go, but once set cuts like a dream. I love this cutter but do prefer the sure cuts a lot program, but once again Im not going to fuss about a FREE program that came with it. The cutting material that comes with it too is pretty good and I was able to get some good use out of it. Kewl with me, please read if the one star reviews get to you.
I bought 2, one, then played with it then the other.. kewl stuff.. if you are starting out use up the included then buy more vinyl.. they over zipstripped the cutter head and i had to pop it back on track for one of them but its cool.. that may have been the issue for the one star dude.. good enough to start up and save your money for something more fancy.. i also have the cut speeds slow so the cuts are nice even at slow speeds.
