I did a lot of research on brain health and fish oil with high Dha & Efa. I’ve used this brand a for years and found it really helpful for anxiety and depression. Resent article on damage brains....injury, ADHD, Autism, Alzheimer’s, anxiety & depression also bipolar discovered restored brain function with dha (also in baby formula) and efa. Excellent Omega 3 product. I have been using this product for almost a year now. I started taking it because of migraine headaches. They have definitely become less frequent and less intense since I started this product. This product is of high quality with no fishy odor or taste. This product was recommended by my doctor as the 2nd best product available for lowering LDL and Triglycerides, while also raising HDL. My lipid profile improved dramatically.
