Showed up quick, works like it should
I got a check engine light on my car and it recommended replacing the VSV. I replaced it with one of these and the code went away. Takes about 30 seconds to change it out on a Corolla.

Works as expected
I was really happy with the price of this part. I thought it was supposed to include the gasket but mine didn't have one with it. So far the old one isn't leaking so I guess I'll have to see how it goes. I would recommend ditching the stock 5-point screws and put in some nice cap head 4mm metric screws instead. If you ever had to take it off again you'll thank yourself for it! (I did)

Good cable, maybe needs oiling before install?
Only real gripe about this cable was that it was stiff as all heck when first installed. I tinkered with it for a while before the pull force got to be equal to the other CRF230F. I used a fishing scale to check the measurements (14-16lbs). I think WD-40 did the trick but no telling if that was a good idea, long-term. Guess we'll see how it turns out
