Boards were packed professionally and my machine is now working great. Great value for the money. Exemplary service and communication. The machine looks just like the pictures and all the bits came safely. And, compared to buying new, this was rather cheaper. Hopefully I won't have to buy another sewing machine for years now, but I would come back if something drastic happens to this one.
