  The framelit dies were not “NEW “ as indicated in the posted offering. The stamps, however, do appear to be unused. Both items had been removed from and were shipped without the original packaging. I will not purchase from this seller again since the items were not as described. Both items were shipped in a timely manner, packaged appropriately, and arrived in good order. The seller included a thank you note which was a nice touch. The pricing was appropriate if both items had been new.

  After checking pictures I see that the framelit dies are in their package, and where shipped in the original packaging. I see that the stamps should have been in a package and was missing, the items were however new and never used. I'm sorry you are disappointed in the product. I will definitely be more careful in my descriptions. Pictures did show exactly what I sold and shipped.
