  Seller lied about delivery time, he said it would take, 10 to 14 days. After I purchased it he updated delivery time to 2 months, shipped without tracking number. After that I had a hard time reaching him. After a while of insisting I got a refund. He never shipped the item.

  Before buyer agreed to purchase the item, I told him 10-14 days delivery from China to Puerto Rico. Although Ebay listing shows up to 30 days. Next day buyer complains about Ebay delivery time quote and demands tracking info. Since this was going to be an issue, I refunded the buyer and messaged him. Next day buyer asked if I had shipped the item anyway even though I just refunded him. Perhaps to pressure me into shipping the item without payment, blaming Ebay delivery time quotes. BYOB!
