Seems to be a lesser quality than those I bought before. Does not function the same as far as off/on and intermittent features.

You can easily tell that these fasteners are foreign made!
These fasteners are not to the standard of the ones that I have been using for years that were made in the U.S. They will work for all intended purposes but I would not purchase any more from this source.
